Who wants to co-own the coolest husky rescue on the planet?

When I started my rescue, I had no intention of being small, I wrote a business plan and am now halfway through and going strong.

I am almost done with phase one but it has got bigger than me and I am looking for someone who wants to join me.

Here is what I got going on

PHASE ONE - Save the Huskies

HUSKY RESCUE, REHAB, AND REHOME

-Spay and neuter clinic (needs insulation and temp control.)

-Vet hospital (needs equipment still)

-Adoption center (needs flooring and paint)

-H3 Steals and Deals Thrift Shop (in stock already is over 200k worth of brand new merch woman clothing and accessories, need a building to open store)

-H3BNB (cabin rentals, I have 5, each with its own secure fence, some remodel yet to do for out of state adopters and site visits.)

PHASE 2 - Pay for Saving the Huskies

COMMUNITY CENTER

-Official USA BMX (plans drawn, need funding)

-STEM Program for local high school (engineering and maintenance with BMX bikes)

-Bike repair shop and sales.

-Food truck/farmers market

-Dog Park Cafe

-Public Dog Park

-Nonprofit status for local kids memberships fee, equipment, and gear.

-Walking trails leading to the huskies.

I am looking for a business partner, active or silent, who wants a low-risk investment opportunity with not just a monetary return, but a life-saving return. I own the land, it has highway frontage, half a mile from downtown Lake Eufaula, a very busy touristy town.

All roads lead to the rescue but we have to get people to walk the roads.
