Maya had a daddy once. He made bad choices and she found herself here with me, halfway home.
Lulu found herself on a euth list in CA for God knows why.
Yesterday they found themselves no longer halfway home, together.
Jenni D here to talk a bit about Maya and Lulu.
The first time I saw Mayas face she was a little puppy. He asked if I could take her after rescuing her from neglect, but I said no that she was safe with him.
She was at the time, and she was in the end when he came to me for help. I am sure that she misses him, but I am grateful and obviously, so is she as she hugs him, for the one that stepped up for her when he failed her.
My girl Lulu. I saw her face peeking through the shelter bars on the day I lost a dear friend. I rescued her in honor of Linda aka Lead Foot Lulu and named her after her as well.
When I think of each girl I will think of the other and for that, I smile.
It’s been another good day in rescue and my heart is filled with happiness for these huskies.
Join me in wishing them the bestest life, reminding them to be good girls and sending their families love for saving not one but two lives.
Beautiful ending! Happy tears🤗
Congratulations Mya and Lulu on your forever home❤️❤️
So happy for these 2 babies 🥰🥰🥰❣️
