It sure did bring the realization about just how short life really is and how being at the right place at the right time always means a better view. That’s how I see it anyway.
I look around at all these huskies and see how being in the right place at the right time brought them here to this very moment, a moment that won’t happen again for them, because life is too short.
I don’t want to make it any shorter by keeping them here any longer and money is the reason they are still here.
I have 15 huskies, at the very moment waiting for their rides to their new homes, homes I myself, Jenni D, talked with at length thru email, text and face to face through video chat, had vet and personal references done, talked extensively about my return policy and how important it is to not let my dog end up in a shelter again, talked even more extensively about what husky would fit in what home best and now it’s time for me to take them home.
We are broke though. Too broke to pull out what we need to cover the around the country road trip it would take to get them there.
I want to leave this week.
I want to get these guy's home. I can do that if you guys can help me.
I have raffle tickets for sale for the cutest husky stuff and tax deductions for donations if you can pitch in anything.
I want to get the first 5 home this weekend and I really need some help.
Please consider? Getting these 15 into homes and making plans for the next pending 10 means 25 lives saved, and I am that much closer to rescuing again.
Please help.
